Weight Loss and Weight Management Program:

People can reach their health goals better when they champion themselves rather than criticize and look down on themselves. My clients and I approach weight loss goals as lifestyle enhancements and personal growth, not just diet and exercise.

I provide a supportive program of healthy weight to achieve a desirable weight as health educator or a health coach. I develop a holistic and behavioral approach to helping clients with weight loss. Working with my client, I do not only focus on pounds lost, but also focus on measures in blood pressure, blood sugar, etc… I work with clients to explore healthy programs, and together we remove barriers to their success!
